  • How do I know if you service my area? Do a Service Area Search. When the results appear, verify that the Street Name, City, & Zip Code all match your location. If your street does not display in the search results then that does not mean we do not currently service your area. To be absolutely sure call us as areas are expanding daily. NOTE: You must spell the street name exactly correct or it will not give you correct results. Example: Use ST for street, DR for drive, Spell out circle, use RD for road, Use Blvd for "boulevard", FM for "Farm Market", and CT for "Court", other road descriptions just leave out.  Number streets, use the number / letter abbreviation, i.e. 1st for First, 2nd for Second and so on.
  • What are my pick up days? Your pick up days will be included in your search results.  If you cannot find your area, please contact our office at (281) 744-1914 or Email Jennifer by using our Contact Us form.
  • Can I pay my Bill online? YES. Click on Pay Bill Online and Complete the Form.  You will need to enter the dollar amount of your current bill.  Please remember there is a $1.00 convenience fee for this service, so please make sure that is included in your payment.  If payment is being made after the 15th of the service month there is a $4.00 charge for late payment, which will also need to be added to your bill.

  • Can I receive my bill via email? YES. Call and request it or use the contact form to request email billing.

  • What is my rate? Your rate will depend on service area.  Please contact our main office  at (281) 766-1914 or Email Jennifer by using our Contact Us form.  If email, please include name, address, subdivision (if any) and a contact phone or email to provide you with the correct rate for your area.  Our staff is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

  • What items will you NOT pick up? We DO NOT accept tires, hazardous chemicals, paint, and used oil.  If you are in doubt, please contact our office at (281) 766-1914 or Email Jennifer by using our Contact Us formWe are available 24 hour 7 Days a week.

  • Do you have a HEAVY pick up day?
    YES.

  • What is a "HEAVY" pick up day? Heavy Trash pickup includes but is not limited to: household items such as water heaters, furniture, etc., large limbs and yard debris.  If you are unsure if the item qualifies for Heavy Trash, please contact our office at (281) 766-1914 or Email Jennifer by using our Contact Us form.

  • When is your HEAVY pick up day and how often is it? This depends on your service area.  Please contact our office at (281) 766-1914 or Email Jennifer by using our Contact Us form.

  • What items will you pick up on a HEAVY Pick Up day that your normally don't pick up the rest of the timeLarge items that will not fit in your weekly service container.  Call (281) 766-1914 or Email Jennifer by using our Contact Us form for details.

  • What is the largest amount of trash I can set out at a time? On your regular scheduled weekly service we ask that no more than (6) Six 96 Gallon cans be left for collection.  Large items should be left for Heavy Trash Pickup.  This may vary by service area.  Please contact our office at (281) 766-1914 or Email Jennifer by using our Contact Us form for details!

  • Do you require the trash to be in bags? On regular weekly service, if you do not have a trash container, we ask that all waste be bagged securely and that no more than (8) Eight large bags be left for pickup.  Again this may vary by service area, for more details please contact our office at (281) 766-1914 or Email Jennifer by using our

  • Do you pick up on holidays? NO. Holiday schedules will be provided upon sign up.  Service is usually scheduled the day after any holiday.  This may vary by service area.  Please contact our office at (281) 766-1914 or Email Jennifer by using our

  • What holidays do you observe? Holidays Observed: New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
